1. Start with the Basics: Event Name and Date

It might seem obvious, but knowing your event name and date is the most important part of your medal order. This helps us suggest the right design elements, text, and timeline. You don’t need to know exactly what the medal should look like yet but having a name, theme, or location is a great starting point.

2. Plan Your Timeline: Delivery Date and Turnaround

We recommend placing your order at least 2 weeks before you need delivery. That gives us time to work with you on design, confirm artwork, and manufacture your medals with care.

But if you’re on a tighter schedule, don’t worry. We offer express production for an additional rush fee, and we’ve helped plenty of customers pull off last-minute miracles.

Tip: The earlier you get in touch, the more flexibility we have for design and delivery options.

3. Send Us Your Artwork or Medal Ideas

If you already have artwork or a logo, send it over! We work best with high-quality vector files. You can check out our artwork guidelines here for full details. If you’re not sure about the format, just ask, we’re always happy to help.

Even a rough sketch, a description, or a few notes about the medal text, themes, or imagery you want is enough to get started. Our in-house design team will bring your ideas to life and send you a digital proof for approval before anything goes into production.

4. Tell Us How Many and What Types of Medals You Need

Let us know your total quantity and breakdown. This helps us provide accurate pricing, production timelines, and ensures you get exactly what you need for your event.
