ORDER PROCESS
Once you have ordered and uploaded a logo and any instructions our design team will e-mail you a design proof within one full working day. You can then either approve the design back to us via e-mail or make changes to it. We will never put your order into production until you are 100% happy with the design.
LEAD TIME
Standard lead time is 2 weeks from approval of artwork
Express services are available for a 25% surcharge, but please call before you order if you require delivery within 2 weeks
