We will be closing for Christmas on Friday 17th December. Any orders that are required for delivery before this date should be approved by Wednesday 8th December.
Any orders or approvals received after the 8th December will have a January delivery date.
We will be open again on January 4th.
For each medal or award we have a detailed description which includes the weight and dimensions and what finish is available for that product, which will help you with your buying decision. If you need any further advise please feel free to contact us by e-mail or phone.
If I approve the proof then I change my mind and want to make amendments or cancel my order is this possible?
We will always try and assist you should you want to change the order, however if the order has gone in to production, unfortunately we would not be able to change or cancel your order.
What happens when I approve the proof?
Once you have approved the proof back to our studio via email, the order will go in our production schedule and be shipped within 7 full working days (excluding cast medals and Flextec Medals).
(Please note the 7 full working days does not include day of approval or the day of dispatch).
If when I receive the visual/proof I am not happy with this can I make amendments?
Yes, we are happy to make any amendments until you are happy with the proof.
Will the visual proof show the options I have chosen for my medal or award, for example engraving to the front and rear?
Yes, the visual will show any of the options you have chosen.
From placing my order when will I receive a visual proof?
Our studio will send you a visual proof within 1 working day.
Can I get a visual of what my medal or award will look like prior to placing an order on the website?
Our policy is to only supply a visual proof once an order is placed.
How do I work out the price for the medal or award I want to purchase?
If you click on the medal or award you want to purchase a pricing grid will be shown and this will tell you the price for how many of that product you want to order and will show any additional costs for any optional extras you want to choose.
How and When do I pay for my order?
You pay at the time of placing your order on our website which accepts PayPal payments or credit/debit cards.
How or when do I send you my logo or information I want on the medal or award?
When you are choosing what you want to purchase there is an upload button for the artwork and this is where you attach your logo or artwork. There is also a box where you type in any instructions for our Studio.
Will I get a payment receipt when I place my order?
Yes you will receive a full order confirmation and invoice which will show the VAT paid.
What is included in a medal order?
Free proofing and amendment service, bespoke medal, plain coloured ribbon, VAT.
The only things that are not included are optional extras like personalisation, rear printing or engraving and printed ribbons. UK shipping is included if your order is over £100.00.
What is included in an award order?
Free proofing and amendment service, custom award, VAT.
UK Shipping is also included if your order is over £100.00.
When will I receive my order?
Once you have approved the visual/proof back to our studio they will confirm a dispatch date to you, which is usually 7 working days from approval of the order to the dispatch date. (It will advise of the lead times for each product on the product information section). For most of the UK, delivery time with our courier is 1 working day later.
Who will be delivering my order?
Our courier is UPS.
Will I receive tracking for my order?
Yes you will receive an email notification from UPS which will say your order from TKG Europe (this is our Sister Company) has been dispatched. If you click on this link you will be able to track the order progress the next working day.
Do I have to be in to receive my order or sign for my order?
We always prefer a signature to confirm the order has been delivered. However, if you will not be in and you want it left with a neighbour or in a safe place please let us know this at the time of the order in the instruction box and we will put that on to the UPS system. If you forget to do this, when you get the notification of dispatch from UPS, you can then arrange this with UPS directly.
If I am a returning customer how do I place a repeat order?
Please place the order on our website and you can write in the instruction box it is a repeat order and put the order number and logo name if known.
Can I get a sample made before I commit to a larger order?
If you would like to see a sample of your medal or award before you commit to a larger order we offer a sample service for our stock medals @ £20.00 for a one off sample. This charge is refunded if an order is then placed for over £100.00.
Do you offer printed ribbons for your medals?
We offer printed ribbons for all of our medals. The minimum order quantity for these is 100 and an additional cost of 80p per ribbon will apply. An option to add printed ribbons will appear after you input your order quantity.
What is the difference between a stock item and a custom product?
Stock items are all held in stock at our facility, we print, engrave and dome these items in house. Custom medals and awards are made to order.
Stock items are great if you need smaller quantities and have a tight lead time. Custom medals work better if you need larger quantities (100+) and have a longer lead time (4-12 weeks). Custom medals start to become really cost effective at larger volumes.

Great News! Plain coloured ribbons are included in the cost of your medals. Just click on the colour of the ribbon you want to order. If you want to choose more than one colour, please call us or note it in the instructions box.
All of our medals come with our unique integrated ribbon system. The ribbons attach directly to the specially designed medals without the need for any additional loops and catches. This gives the medal a neat and professional finish.
PRINTED RIBBONS. If you are ordering over 100 medals, a printed ribbon option will appear. Please note printed ribbons come at an additional cost of 80p each.
This is where you get to tell our designers how you want your item to look. Please try and give us as much information as possible. You can tell us what text you might like to include and how you would like it to appear around any logo you have added for instance.
The free design service includes us putting together a visual representation based on the information and logos or images you provide us with. It does not include us creating a logo for you. Of course, we can offer this service if required but at an additional cost.

The medal you have chosen can be individually personalised. This means that each medal can be unique in some way. Some examples of this would be to have an individuals name or a race time as part of the design. If the personalisation is to be on the rear of the medal (if available on your medal) then you must choose rear printing or engraving as well as the personalisation option. If the personalisation is to be part of the front design, then only the personalisation option needs to be chosen. Personalisation is £0.50 extra per medal.
On completion of you order you will be e-mailed a form to fill in and return with the personalisation details for each medal ordered.
You can choose to tell us which colour acrylic you would like us to use for your item. Don’t worry too much if you can’t decide. Our designers will use their experience to use whichever colour looks best with your design. You can always change it if you don’t agree with our choice.
